Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
To begin a return, customers must contact us by email at veinyahdihsupps@gmail.com. Please include:
- Your order information
- A photo of the unopened product
- The reason for the return

Items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the unopened returned product. Please allow up to one week for the return and refund process to be completed after the product has been received.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at veinyahdihsupps@gmail.com or call 262-707-0153. In these cases, we can perform an exchange or refund free of charge after reviewing the issue.
